Well, about me, actually!  I’m Simone Phillips and I’m based in Essex.  I’ve been a keen jewellery collector and busy Mum for many years, juggling my time around my family.  I hope that in this website I have found an outlet for my passion and I also hope that you will be able to share in it.

Starting by selling my collections by party plan, at village fairs and school fetes, I have aimed to build a strong reputation for reliability and for finding that special item that you are looking for.  Now I am able to offer quality fashion and silver jewellery collections on the Twinkle website, at prices which represent great value for money.

Care of jewellery

Our jewellery, like all lovely things, will keep its lustre with a little care. We recommend an occasional wipe with a silver or gold treated polishing cloth to keep that shiny new look.  These can be bought from most high street jewellers from around £5.00.

Delivery policy

We undertake to have your order processed and jewellery despatched by Royal Mail parcel post, within two days of receipt of your order. There is a single charge for postage and packing of only £2.90 per order under £20, and free postage and packing for any order of £20 or over.

Returns policy

We are happy to refund or replace unused and undamaged items within two weeks of purchase. However damaged items can only be replaced or refunded after inspection to ensure that the item is subject to manufacturing defect. This does not affect your statutory rights.
